All portraits will be taken inside the
gym at Epiphany Catholic School
1002 E College Ave, Normal, IL 61761
Parents
Review email regarding name verification and team alignment. Notify us of necessary updates by January 10.
Ask child to wear dark uniform with basketball shoes. Shoes may appear in some photos.
Players should arrive as directed by the school. Get jersey from coach if you haven't already received.
Players and Coach will proceed to the picture line after receiving their printed QR code.
There is nothing to turn in on picture day. We will notify you electronically when pictures are online.
Students who need to leave early for an appointment may come to the front of the line once they retrieve their QR code.
Coach: Prior to picture day
•Route / post schedule for parents. Remind verbally and digitally of portrait day, time and location
•Coaches should wear a matching shirt
Coach: On picture day
•If the coach is unavailable on picture day please designate another to coordinate team logistics.
•Coach, arrive 5 minutes prior to your portrait time. Report to portrait staff in staging area to get QR codes
•Assemble your team. Hand each player their specific paper QR code. Confirm names are spelled correctly on the QR code form, notify photo staff of discrepancies.
•Our staff will direct your team to a photo line
•Coaches who want to be in the team picture should retrieve their personal QR code from our staff and have their individual picture taken.
•Coaches with children on the team should line up next to them and be photographed at the same time. If a coach would like to be in the group image then please request to pose individually.

Volleyball Portraits will be taken inside the Epiphany Gym
Once the student finishes their individual poses, they can resume whatever their coach has planned. We will build a group image digitally but not take a large group image.
