All portraits will be taken inside the building at
White Oak Park Football Field
Cottage Ave, Bloomington, IL 61701
Parents
An email regarding name spelling verification and team alignment may be sent to you from the photographer in advance of portraits. Please review and notify TwinCitiesSmilePhotography@gmail.com of necessary updates by August 3.
Ask child to wear uniform, and bring a helmet to the portrait line. Shoes may appear in some photos.
Arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled portrait time or as close to portrait time as possible. Get jersey from coach if you haven't already received. Those not on time may not be in team photo.
Help younger children child loosely tuck in jersey, groom hair and check in with coach.
Players and Coaches will proceed to the picture line. Parents should remain outside to limit congestion.
There is nothing to turn in on picture day. We will notify you electronically when pictures are online.
Parents with multiple flag children can come together to avoid additional trips. It is preferred you come at the earlier time slot if feasible.
Director: Prior to picture day
•Route / post schedule for parents. Remind verbally and digitally of portrait day, time and location
•Ask players to arrive 10 minutes early, in uniform. Coaches should wear a matching shirt
Coach: On picture day
•If the coach is unavailable on picture day please designate another to coordinate team logistics.
•Coach, arrive 15 minutes prior to your portrait time. Report to portrait staff in staging area to get paper QR codes.
•Assemble your team away from the portrait area and hand each player their specific paper QR code. Confirm names are spelled correctly on the QR code form, notify photo staff of discrepancies.
•Our staff will direct your team to a photo line
•Coaches who want to be in the team picture should retrieve their personal QR code from our staff and have their individual picture taken.
•Coaches with children on the team should line up next to them and be photographed at the same time

Players/Cheerleaders are requested to arrive earlier than their normal practice time. Once the child finishes their individual poses, they can resume whatever their coach has planned. We will build a group image digitally but not take a large group image.

9:00am - Tackle Cheer estimated 45 cheerleaders plus coaches
9:45am - Flag 4th/5th Players and Coaches estimated 21 players plus coaches
9:45am - Flag 2nd/3rd Players and Coaches estimated 53 players plus coaches
10:15am - Flag-K/1st Players and Coaches estimated 49 players plus coaches
11:00am - Pep Rally
11:30am - 6th Grade Tackle Players and Coaches estimated 29 players plus coaches
11:30pm - 8th Grade Tackle (Varsity) Players and Coaches estimated 29 players plus coaches
12:00pm - 7th Grade Tackle (JV) Players and Coaches estimated 34 players plus coaches
