2025 YMCA Fall Basketball Portraits

Enter through front school entrance doors near circle drive.
Turn right and walk down the ramp into north gym.
Find your coach and gather as a group. Receive your QR code from coach.
Our staff will lead players and coach into south gym for portraits.

Parents

• Review email regarding name verification and team alignment. Reply to email with player name or team alignment changes by Friday, 8/29. 

• Ask child to wear green jersey.  White undershirts are appealing. Undershirts with logos not recommended. 

• Arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled portrait time. Players not on time may not be in team photo.

• Help child loosely tuck in jersey, groom hair and check in with coach. 

• Players and Coach will proceed to the picture line in the south gym. Parents should remain in staging area / north gym to limit congestion.  

• There is nothing to turn in on picture day. We will notify you electronically when pictures are available online.  

Coach: Prior to picture day

•Ask players to arrive 10 minutes early, in white uniform. Coaches should wear a black or white shirt to match

Coach: On picture day

•If the coach is unavailable on picture day please designate another person to coordinate team logistics.

•Coach, arrive 15 minutes prior to your portrait time. Report to portrait staff in staging area to get QR codes

•Assemble your team in the staging area. Hand each player their specific paper QR code. Confirm names are spelled correctly on each QR code form, notify photo staff of discrepancies.

•Our staff will direct your team to a photo line

•Coaches with children on the team should line up next to them and be photographed at the same time
